Regardless of your location, we can meet at any time and flexibly via ZOOM. You have the freedom to participate from home or another location of your choice, and together we will find the dates that suit you.
There is no registration or obligation to use ZOOM, as I provide you with access.


In group lessons, I can see all participants on two screens and offer targeted support even from a distance.

Yoga and systemic coaching are two unique approaches to personal development and enhanced wellbeing.

Although they may seem different at first glance, they can complement each other exceptionally well. Yoga provides an optimal foundation for engaging in the coaching process. Physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation from the ancient practice of yoga offer effective ways to release tension in the body, reduce stress, and eliminate emotional blockages. They increase mindfulness and open up both the body and mind.

These practices enhance the ability to remain calm and focused, even when external circumstances are challenging. On the other hand, systemic coaching deals with the interactions and relationships between people.

It views the individual as part of a larger system, whether it’s the family, the team at work, or society as a whole.

Systemic coaching helps identify thought and behavior patterns that might be problematic in relationships and areas of life.

Through targeted questions and interventions, I assist you in expanding and sharpening your perception.

This allows you to reflect on thought patterns and beliefs and to dissolve limiting convictions.

This creates space for new possibilities for action and paves the way for positive changes.

Depending on the session’s flow, these practices may take place at the beginning, during, or at the end of the sessions.

Conversely, systemic coaching can help integrate the insights and experiences from yoga practice into daily life.
